What Is the High-performance Program?
The High-Performance Programme (HPP) is based around what is commonly known as a university Scholarships program. It is designed to offer support to you as a student that plays sport at a high level in several ways, with the end goal to improve your performances and sporting satisfaction. The main aim for this programme is to offer you additional support while enhancing your performance goals during your time at university. It is important to note that this program does not include any financial academic help.
Once an application has been received a panel will decide whether that application meets the criteria of the programme and if that individual will make a valuable contribution to Salford Sus sporting aims. You can be either be a Full-time or Part time student, and you have to be registered onto a Salford University Course for the 24-25 academic year. However, if you are a part time student you could be offered onto the course on a pro-rata basis dependent on course dates. We welcome all sports onto the programme, even those that we don’t hold clubs for or enter in BUCs team Leagues.
