This is a taster event to allow students of salford to try out Taekwondo, and maybe find their new passion. These sessions will be held in the GB takwondo national centre in Manchester and will be coached by the GB national Coaching structure who helps the Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

For this session can we please make sure we are a drink, water ideally in a sealed water bottle and are bring active wear. You will be asked to be bare foot on the mat, unless you have a medical condition that requires you not too (Please bring documents if this is the case).
