This year, the Students' Union has compiled a report for each of the University's Colleges and for each semester, outlining what the 'student experience' is like. What that actually means is that we have used evidence from reports, surveys, and things Student Reps tell us about and put it all together in a easy-to-read fashion.
Last semester's reports were warmly received by the University, and we hope that they continue to be of use to staff involved in improving the experiences of students in each School.
We've sent these reports to key College staff and hope that they will be used to share good examples and make changes where necessary.

In addition to the Student Experience Reports, the Students' Union's Advice Centre have conducted a research project looking at the way students are currently trained in good academic practice, and how this impacts on their understanding of misconduct like plagiarism. The full report and recommendations can be viewed here.
