Salford Students' Big Night Out, Wednesday 22 September

Salford Students will soon have their very own night at one of Manchester's best clubs, 42nd Street.  42's will be opening especially for Salford students on a Wednesday night with an unbelievable price of just £2 for advance tickets. 

The opening party for the Salford Social will take place on Wednesday 22 September as part of our Big Night Out for new and returning students.  Join us in Bar Yours in University House for 7pm and we'll later make our way over to the first ever Salford Social at 42s - it's going to be a big night!

Although 42s is known as an indie club, the Salford Social night will break with tradition, playing a good mix of most musical styles from chart, 80’s, 90's, dubstep, disco, 60’s and, of course, indie. One thing is for sure, it won’t be like any other night at the club!

The Union has negotiated a financial deal that means part of the cash you spend is returned to be spent on projects that benefit Salford students!

As if that wasn't enough, 42's are looking for promotions staff, events organisers, ticket agents, bands for gigs and, if you think your music knowledge and collection is good enough to entertain the crowd, then why not send in a CD with your set and you may even be offered a DJ slot!
