Monthly Funding Request Form

This form is for any Student Activity Group (SAG) or Salford Sport Group (SSG) who requires any additional funding for any essential expenditures.

Please note - you must complete this form and submit by the 1st of the month. The Activities Development Unit will assess funds on a monthly basis and you will be informed by the 7th of the month on the outcome.

Complete this form if any of the following apply to your group:

  • Your group has expenditures not included in your original budget application

  • You are a new group/did not apply for a budget last academic year

  • You have no funds in your current group account to be able to function
