► Green Collective

The Green Collective helps you to make your campus greener. The Collective tackle issues including recycling, energy efficiency, fairtrade food and any other environmental issue which you would like to initiate. Come along and take part in projects, events and activities and help raise environmental awareness amongst students.

We are doing a pilot study to find out if the campus community would like to recycle their clothes and small items to Oxfam. Oxfam Bags are located in University House Reception, and at School Offices in Cockcroft; Peel, and all 3 Maxwell schools. This is for students and staff to participate in. Soon all of the bags will be removed. The 4 best collection areas will receive a recyling bin from The Heart Foundation. All items donated will go directly into benefitting the Salford Community.

For more information on the Green Collective and how you can get involved please contact Emily Godfrey by email vpsee-ussu@salford.ac.uk or phone 0161 351 5400
