► The Pav

Situated in the Castle Irwell Student Village, The Pav is YOUR Students' Union's primary entertainment venue!

The Pav is open usually from 4pm (weekdays) and 2pm (weekends), with a huge selection of drinks and food to meet a student budget, it's the ultimate meeting place and entertainment centre for Salford students.

Whether you want to play pool on any of our seven tables, watch live televised sport on our two big screens, try out the most recent playstation releases (totally free), or just sit in a quiet corner making new friends then the Pav is the place to spend your leisure time.

We also hold a quiz night once a week, organise regular pool competitions, play host to the best local comedy talent, showcase student bands and throw in the occasional karaoke session for those that need to perform. Two nights a week we stay open until 2am, to bring you the best DJs your Students' Union has to offer, so if it's good food, beer and great entertainment that you are after, at affordable prices, then make the Pav your first and last call on your night out. Remember ALL profits are recycled back into your Students' Union for the benefit of YOU the student.
